Separate sealed bids for the 2022 STREET MAINTENANCE - ASPHALT (Project No. 324-022) will be received by the City Clerk at Riverside City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri until 10:00 A.M., on August 25, 2022, and then publicly opened and read aloud at Riverside City Hall.  

The Project Manual may be examined and copies obtained at the office of the City Engineer at the above city hall address. The Project Manual is also available on the City of Riverside’s here.   

The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.  Each bidder must provide a bid bond in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and prevailing wage rates to be paid.
