The Riverside Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (OEM/HS) is a central location for citizens of Riverside to receive information on civil preparedness and homeland security issues to help protect families, business and the community from emergencies and disasters.

It is critical that every citizen prepares for emergencies that could occur within Riverside. Remember, sometimes emergencies are so immense that responders cannot immediately assist you. It is your responsibility to prepare yourself.
