Facility Reservations

The City of Riverside has a variety of public areas (facilities) available by reservation for private functions and meetings. The reservations are handled through this online process by using credit or debit card for payment only, otherwise by completing a reservation form at Riverside City Hall.

Private functions including meeting reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance and include use of the below facilities only. No surrounding areas can be included in the reservation. Bounce houses and similar equipment are not allowed for private functions or meeting rentals. The private function rental policy is included in the documents below.

Special events (festivals, car shows, parades, runs, etc.) are coordinated through the Riverside Community Center (816-741-4172). Reservations may be made up to 18 months in advance. If payment by cash or check is preferred, the reservation form and confirmed payment will need to be completed at Riverside City Hall (2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, MO 64150).
