Metropolitan Community College (MCC), Institute for Workforce Innovation
MCC’s Institute for Workforce Innovation focuses on helping businesses run better and individuals become better employees by offering an array of consulting services from assessment, recruitment, quality management, database solutions, and customized training.  MCC boasts the area’s only OSHA Training Institute Education Center.  MCC can also assist with obtaining and complying with State training grant programs.

Missouri Enterprise is the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) for the state of Missouri and is comprised of a group of manufacturing and business experts (Engineers, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma/Lean, Innovation Technology, Hr & Marketing specialists).  Missouri Enterprise partners with manufacturers to increase their business productivity and profitability by providing access to new technologies, training and hands-on assistance with process improvements and innovative growth strategies.  As the MEP, Missouri Enterprise can offer their consulting services at a discounted rate.

Bridging the Gap – By-Product Synergy (BPS) - FREE
By-Product Synergy helps companies reduce their solid waste by marketing the unwanted by-products, which can hopefully be used as a resource for another company.  The innovation of repurposing one company’s waste and redeploying it as a raw material can reduce material costs and improve internal processes.  The free online marketplace allows for easy resource match-making.  The program also offers free one-on-one consultations, quarterly work sessions and the opportunity to make matches with nearly 6,000 buyers.
