REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Riverside is seeking requests for qualifications for accounting services including year-end close out processes and on-going support for the Riverside City. Sealed bids should be submitted to the City Clerk at the Riverside City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Rd, Riverside MO, and marked “City Accounting Services RFQ” by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Any proposals received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.  Copies of qualification specifications, supporting documents, and submission information will be available at Riverside City Hall and the City website: www.riversidemo.gov .  

This RFQ is an invitation by the City for interested accounting professionals to submit qualification, which may be subject to subsequent discussions and negotiations.  Submittal of qualifications does not create any right, or expectation, of a contract with the City.  The City of Riverside reserves the right to reject any or all submissions for any reason, negotiate with any firm, and select the firm or firms that best meet the City’s needs.
